Das ist der 17. Artikel von 73 in dieser Serie Baubericht: Saurer D-330 BN 6x6<\/a><\/strong><\/div>

Heute begann ich mit dem Baum des Hilfsrahmens f\u00fcr die Spindel. Gleichzeitg befestige ich provisorisch(!) die hinteren Kotfl\u00fcgel. An diesen muss ich noch etwas ausfr\u00e4sen und deshalb passen sie auf dem Bild auch noch nicht perfekt.<\/p>\n

Keine Angst, die „Schlitzschrauben“ werden am Schluss ausgewechselt!<\/p>\n

In meinem Stammforum wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass die hinteren Kotfl\u00fcgel \u00fcberhaupt nicht zu einem Saurer passen – logisch sie stammen auch von einem Mercedes-Benz, nur fand ich das nicht so tragisch. Trotzdem liess ich mich \u00fcberreden und machte mich daran neue zu planen.<\/div>\n

Zuerst versuche ich es mit PVC-Rohren aus dem Baumarkt, aber alle Versuche ergaben nur Ausschuss. Irgendwann dachte ich \u00fcber eine Form nach.<\/p>\n

… mit etwas Sperrholz baute ich dann das:<\/p>\n

Richtig, die Form f\u00fcr meine HALBRUNDEN Kotfl\u00fcgel. Die Form habe ich mit d\u00fcnner Klebefolie beklebt und mit Trennspray eingespr\u00fcht. Dann wurde kr\u00e4ftig Epoxyharz gemischt und mit Gewebe laminiert.<\/p>\n

Eigentlich wollte ich mit den Bildern warten, bis ich eine Seite fertig habe. Aber die Trocknungszeit braucht so seine Zeit und deshalb zeige ich halt mal den ersten Fl\u00fcgel:<\/p>\n
