Artikel von 73 in dieser Serie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funktionsmodellbau.ch\/content\/series\/saurer\/\" class=\"series-72\" title=\"Baubericht: Saurer D-330 BN 6x6\">Baubericht: Saurer D-330 BN 6x6<\/a><\/strong><\/div><p>Heute gibt es nur ein kleines Update. Im Moment fehlt mir leider mal wieder die Zeit an meinem Saurer zu werken. Trotzdem kriegte ich die etwa 5. Variante des Lenkrades hin. Ich hatte ja bereits vor <a title=\"Baubericht: Saurer D-330 BN 6\u00d76 (Teil 5)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.funktionsmodellbau.ch\/content\/?p=833\">einiger Zeit einen Anlauf f\u00fcr ein Lenkrad<\/a> genommen. Diesmal kommt es aber wesentlich besser!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.funktionsmodellbau.ch\/content\/wp-content\/gallery\/baubericht-saurer-d330\/p1080738.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.funktionsmodellbau.ch\/content\/wp-content\/gallery\/baubericht-saurer-d330\/p1080738.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Lenkrad\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Der Ring entstand so: Ich nahm die Kartonrolle einer Haushaltspapierrolle oder Alufolie (weiss nicht mehr genau). Um diese wickelte ich Glasfasergewebe mit Epoxyharz getr\u00e4nkt. Machte auf der einen Seite eine Deckel drauf. In dessen Mitte ein 3 mm Loch. Drehte eine entsprechende Schraube ein und spannte diese in die Bohrmaschine. Den Rest k\u00f6nnt ihr euch denken.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aber es klappte, ich bekam einen einigermassen runden Ring. Um diesen klebte ich d\u00fcnne PS-Streifen und wieder ab in die Bohrmaschine.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Schluss musste ich noch den Kartonring entfernen und die &#8222;Speiche&#8220; (keine Ahung wie man das richtig nennt) zuschneiden und in den Ring einkleben &#8211; fertig ist der Rohbau von meinem Selfmade-Lenkrad. Nicht perfekt, aber ich bin zufrieden.<\/p>\n<p>Nun habe ich das Lenkrad mal anprobiert.
