Der Tamiya-Baukasten ist wie \u00fcblich fein s\u00e4uberlich sortiert, alle Bauteile passen haargenau und die Bauanleitung ist f\u00fcr jederman verst\u00e4ndlich. Also sofort loslegen mit dem Zusammenbauen. Mit der sehr guten Bauanleitung ist das auch nicht so ein Problem. Der Tamiya Globe Liner ist mein erster RC-Truck \u00fcberhaupt.<\/p>\n

Als Ziel hatte ich folgende Details festgelegt:<\/p>\n

– Antrieb mit 3 Ganggetriebe (serienm\u00e4ssig)
\n– Soundmodul, Lichtanlage (optional)
\n– elektr. Aufliegerst\u00fctzen und Entriegelung (optional)
\n– zwei Sitze in im Fahrerhaus (serienm\u00e4ssig)
\n– keine Elektronik im Fahrerhaus ersichtlich
\n– m\u00f6glichst wenig Kabel am ganzen Truck ersichtlich
\n– voll mit Kugellager ausgestattet (optional)<\/p>\n

Zuerst wird das Chassis gefertigt. Es besteht aus Aluprofilen:<\/p>\n

Danach m\u00fcssen die Achsen, Federung und Aufh\u00e4ngungen angebracht werden. Beim Globe Liner\u00a0ist die Vorderachse standardm\u00e4ssig nicht angetrieben. Kann aber optional gemacht werden. Hinten ist die erste Achse durchgetrieben auf die Zweite:<\/p>\n

Die beiden hinteren Achsen werden durch ein 3-Gang-Schaltgetriebe angetrieben. Als Motor dient ein Mabuchi 450.\u00a0\u00a0Diesen habe ich durch einen LRP Truck Pullre\u00a0ersetzt, weil der etwas kr\u00e4ftiger und feinf\u00fchliger ist.<\/p>\n

Als elektronischer Fahrtenregler und f\u00fcr die Lichtsteuerung kommt ein\u00a0Servonaut<\/a>\u00a0M20 zum Einsatz. Dieser bietet neben einem \u00e4usserst feinen Regeln des Antriebs, auch das Ansteuern des Lichtes, Blinker, Warnblinker, Standlicht, Bremslicht und R\u00fcckfahrtlicht.<\/p>\n

Zuerst hatte ich Platzprobleme, das alles einzubauen. Ziel war auch die H\u00fctte f\u00fcr Wartungsarbeiten m\u00f6glichst einfach entfernen zu k\u00f6nnen. Daf\u00fcr baute ich einen PC-Sub9 Stecker ein. Um die ganze Elektronik sauber unterzubringen, baute ich ein kleines Gestell. (Inzwischen wurde das umgebaut, aber noch nicht fotografiert – es sieht ordentlich aus und durch den Wechsel auf 2.4 Ghz, verschwand auch die gr\u00fcne Antenne!)<\/em><\/p>\n

Zum Globe Liner\u00a0kaufte ich auch gleich den Kastenauflieger.\u00a0Dieser ist komplett aus Aluminium gefertigt. Die hinteren T\u00fcren lassen sich manuel \u00f6ffnen. Ich plane diese \u00fcber die Fernsteuerung machen zu k\u00f6nnen (da plane ich aber schon lange :-).<\/p>\n

Die Auflliegerst\u00fctzen lassen sich \u00fcber die Fernsteuerung heben und senken. Ebenfalls kann ich so den ganzen Auflieger abkoppeln.<\/p>\n
